We are a Movement Equity Collective
Bridging the wellness divide &
Expanding access to transformative practices
OUR VISION
To create authentic, accessible spaces where movement—through boxing, flag football, or other activities—becomes a catalyst for personal transformation and collective healing
OUR MISSION
Reshape how the community approaches empowerment and mental health support across generations. Through our culturally aligned, trauma-informed approach, we create lasting, meaningful change for Denver's youth, older adults, and persons with disabilities. As a movement and outdoor equity collective, we connect diverse communities to nature while fostering physical and emotional wellbeing for all.
OUR JOURNEY
As movement professionals, we've witnessed the wellness divide and its profound impact across generations. We recognize the unique challenges faced by our communities and are committed to bridging these gaps through inclusive, accessible experiences.
DONKS emerged from a critical need in the Denver Metro area
Through partnerships with local organizations, we’ve created educational, movement-based initiatives that empower communities while addressing their mental health challenges and sense of community.
These collaborations have helped us establish trust and strong relationships within the communities we serve, underscoring the power of culturally relevant programming to foster healing and personal growth.
