Power Punch Parkinson’s
In partnership with Denver Parks & Recreation and the Parkinson’s Association of the Rockies, our Power Punch Parkinson's class offers non-contact boxing sessions every Friday at the Montclair Recreation Center. Led by Carlos, our co-founder, and Emma, our Head of Programming, this class welcomes individuals with Parkinson’s of all experience levels. No prior membership at the Montclair Recreation Center is necessary for your first class. Join us for a dynamic workout—we look forward to sweating it out together!

Adaptive Recreation Special Olympics Cycling
In collaboration with Denver Parks & Recreation and Special Olympics Colorado, our adaptive recreation cycling initiative enriches the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities by offering specialized sports training and competitive opportunities. Adaptive recreation represents a transformative approach to leisure activities, tailored to accommodate diverse abilities through customized equipment, instructional techniques, and support services. Our dedicated team serves as both facilitators and coaches, providing comprehensive assistance throughout the program.
Participants have access to a range of cycles and adaptations, such as recumbent bikes, trikes, and tandems, ensuring inclusivity and enjoyment for all riders.

SOAR Fest 2024
We’re thrilled to announce that we will be participating in SOAR Fest 2024 on August 24th at the City of Potenza Park! Hosted by Denver's own SOAR (Seeing Our Adolescents Rise), this vibrant, family-friendly festival is all about supporting multicultural youth and fostering a strong sense of community.
Join us for a day packed with outdoor games, live music, art exhibitions, and delicious food trucks. Plus, it’s all free!

We’ll be hosting a range of movement-based activities throughout the day designed for both youth and adults. Our goal is to engage and energize participants while supporting this meaningful cause. We're teaming up with Latinas In Tech Denver for a community hike to celebrate National Wellness Month!
